Sweet and Spicy Drumsticks
Oven Baked Chicken Fillets
When your looking for a recipe about oven cooked chicken fillets, it is not the easiest to find, so I decided to come up with my own. After a few tries I found a perfect combination of time and temperature along with some of my favourite seasonings mixed into the chicken fillet and avoided the mess that comes with cooking the chicken in a frying pan. Some may not enjoy the seasoning mixture that I went with but feel free to use some of your own blends until you have exactly what you want. It is much simpler to buy the chicken breast already filleted at your local grocery store but for those that do not mind adding a little additional time to their prep, go for it. Remember to wash your chicken and handle the fillets with tongs to avoid any contamination.

Turkey Meatloaf
The pandemic continues to rage on and for a lot of us time spent at home has never been at an all time high. One thing we can do to help pass the time is to make sure that we feed ourselves right and keep busy and what better way to do that then to spend time in the kitchen cooking up a storm. This was my first crack at a meatloaf recipe and I feel it was so good that I just had to share it with all of you around the world. The recipe is quite simply and filling and what more can you ask for. I would recommend that you give it a try with the ingredients before swapping in some of your favourites, I prefer a sweet BBQ sauce over Ketchup and the saute yellow onion adds a nice taste to the dish. I also went with ground turkey to keep the meal a bit healthier. The two loafs was my way of adding a cool twist to the regular meatloaf dishes and I did find it better to cook on a wire racked on a baking sheet on top of parchment paper. This keeps the meatloaf from getting soggy.

Broiled Lobster Tail
It has been awhile since my last recipe blog and a lot has changed in the world, no matter where you happen to be we are all dealing with a pandemic but what this pandemic can not stop is our love of food and with many of us spending more time at home then before we have to make sure that we eat properly and eating properly means getting good food in your belly. I as many may already know am I big lover of seafood and what better way to return to food blogging then this tasty lobster tail dish to commence your meal. This recipe is quick to do and you can use it to commence any special occasion, you will need a baking sheet and a pair of scissors for cutting the shell along the back to open the lobster tail up to meat so that you can season.
