One Pot Chicken Fajitas Recipe
Prep Time: 15 minutes  Cook Time: 35 minutes  Servings: 4

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, sliced
3 tbsp of olive oil
3 bell peppers, julienned (various colours)
1 onion, julienned
1 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp of chili powder
1 tbsp of cumin
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp of garlic powder
5 cups of milk
400g of penne pasta
1 cup of montery jack or cheddar cheese 
1 green onion, chopped (optional)

Preparing One Pot Chicken Fajitas Recipe

1- Heat Olive Oil in large pot on high heat.
2- Add slice chicken to pot and cook until no longer pink, about 6 minutes, remove chicken pieces and set aside on plate.
3- Add bell peppers and onion to pot and cook for another 6 minutes, stirring.
4- Add chicken back to pot along with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin and paprika, mix well.
5- Add milk and penne, stirring constantly to prevent pasta from sticking for 2 minutes.
6- Continue to cook in pot for 20 minutes, until milk is reduced to a thick sauce and penne is coated.
7- Add cheese and mix well until cheese is melted.
