It has been awhile since my last recipe blog and a lot has changed in the world, no matter where you happen to be we are all dealing with a pandemic but what this pandemic can not stop is our love of food and with many of us spending more time at home then before we have to make sure that we eat properly and eating properly means getting good food in your belly. I as many may already know am I big lover of seafood and what better way to return to food blogging then this tasty lobster tail dish to commence your meal. This recipe is quick to do and you can use it to commence any special occasion, you will need a baking sheet and a pair of scissors for cutting the shell along the back to open the lobster tail up to meat so that you can season.

Broiled Lobster Tail Recipe
Prep Time: 15 minutes  Cook Time: 6 minutes  Servings: 3

Ingredients

 3 lobster tails, defrosted 
 2 tbsp of butter, melted 
1 tsp of lemon juice 
1 tsp of lemon pepper 
1 tsp of garlic powder 
1/4 tsp of sea salt
dash of smoked paprika (optional)

Preparing Broiled Lobster Tail

1- Preheat oven on high broil.
2- Hold lobster tail away from you and use scissor to cut shell towards the tail in a rectangle shape.
3- Rinse tail in cold water and pat dry.
4- Combine melted butter with lemon juice, lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt.
5- Brush mixture over lobster meat making sure to get into shells sides and sprinkle with smoked paprika if using.
6- Place lobster tails on baking sheet and broil for six minutes.
7- Enjoy!!!
